Day 91: I’m doing headstands in the park!

It was a beautiful sunny day today!  So after work, I took a little stroll with my mom and decided to practice a couple of headstands.

I love headstands, probably it’s one of the few inversions I can do.  But in all seriousness, there are a lot of benefits to inversions because it reverses the blood flow.  It also gives you a different perspective…seeing things upside down.  If only we could all look at things from different sides all the time.  Maybe the world would be a little more peaceful!
