I’m so thankful for my life! It’s been so amazing…hard not to feel blessed! I have the opportunity to meet some amazing people along the way! It’s crazy to think that 1 year ago, I was getting ready to pack up all my stuff and leave Cleveland! What a difference a year makes!

Minling is the founder of {the JOY depot} and is on a mission to elevate human kind(ness) by creating more smiles in the world. She became an “accidental” yogi after stumbling upon the ancient practice in 2007 and hasn’t looked back since. Her mat is her second home.
