Allan Ting

Allan is the founder of My Yoga Stream and has studied Yoga, Qigong, acupressure and meditation for over ten years. He brings Eastern healing practices to help modern people live a balanced life.

Through Allan’s own chronic fatigue problems, he was inspired to develop his own energetic framework on how to 1) create energy 2) manage energy and 3) identify what is draining their energy.

Allan has lead many classes in the U.S. and internationally. He had received his Yoga Teacher certification from Avalon Yoga, Palo Alto, and had studied under the Iyengar Yoga lineage.

Allan has also received certification as a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner, NLP Master Practitioner and NLP Advance Healing Certification. In addition, he is a part of Anthony Robbins’ Leadership track.
