Your Voice DOES Matter!

2013 - Your VoiceOver the last few weeks, I’ve received some amazing emails from people who have found these notes helpful and inspiring. Their emails have truly touched my heart!

It’s funny because growing up, I was this shy girl who barely had the courage to speak up in class. You could say I was the wallflower in my school. For whatever reason, I had this insecurity about my voice and never thought I had something important or worthwhile to say.

Maybe you feel the same way – that you don’t have anything important to say or share.

This is a totally normal feeling that many people have.

But you were put on this earth for a reason. One voice, your voice, CAN make a difference.

Just think…what if Gandhi never spoke up against the British? What if Martin Luther King Jr never spoke up for the civil rights movement?

You might be thinking, “I’m not Gandhi” or “I’m not Martin Luther King Jr.”

You’re right! You are not them. Because you are you. And you have your own unique voice and experiences to share.

The only difference between you, Gandhi, Dr. King, and other great leaders willingness to be vulnerable, the willingness to let your voice be heard, and the willingness to stand up for what you believe in.

The reason why I am dedicating this note to this subject is because I believe that you have something special to offer the world. If you, and everyone else on this earth, spread your message, live a life full of JOY, then the world will change for the better.

It just takes one voice to spark a movement.

Will you be it? Are you willing to challenge yourself and be vulnerable and share your message?

If so, let me know in the comment below and start sharing your message. In fact, you can also make your declaration by tweeting: “My voice matters!”

And don’t worry, it doesn’t have to be some complicated message. It could be as simple as spreading the message of love and peace. Really, my own personal message is centered around JOY. Whatever it is, just go for it. It also doesn’t have to be spread on a large scale either. Start with your friends and family. And you might be surprised at the response you receive.

And if you are struggling with what your message or purpose in life is, join me on my FREE webinar TONIGHT about finding The Sweet Spot in your life (details here).

So go ahead and share your hearts out! Make the difference in the world with your voice!
