How to forgive others when you don’t really want to

2013 - How to forgive when you don't want to

Last night I had the privilege of seeing and hugging Amma, the Hugging Saint.  She was on her world tour and spreading the message of love and compassion. Being in her presence a profound experience because all you felt was love, especially when you received her loving embrace.

Seeing her made me think about the power of forgiveness – how forgiving others is an expression of love and compassion.

However, forgiveness is also not always easy to do.  Especially when you feel like you’ve been wronged big time!

So how do you let go of the pain and start on a path towards forgiveness, when you really don’t want to.  Believe me, there are many times when I didn’t want to forgive people either!

In this weeks edition of “Simple Tips to bring JOY to your Life & Business”, I am sharing my transformative tip for how to forgive when you really don’t want to!

This tip will give you a whole new perspective on forgiveness.  And you can apply it to every aspect of your life!

This tip has helped me re-frame my thinking around forgiveness and made it easier to let go of any past resentment, anger, or sadness.

So if you’re having trouble forgiving someone, check out this week’s “Simple Tips”.
