How to do more with less time – part 1

2013 - How to do more with less time

Have you noticed that time seems to be going by so much faster?  Half of the year is already past and it just feels like yesterday we were celebrating the new year!

Where did the time go?

Time is one of those things that can’t be taken for granted.  Unlike most things, we can’t gain anymore hours in a day. I don’t know about you, but there are days where I feel like I’m being pulled in many directions and constantly needing to switch gears.

What we don’t realize though at the time (at least for me), is that constantly switching gears and tasks isn’t the most effective or efficient use of time.  And that sometimes we aren’t superman or superwoman.

Have you ever wanted to do more with less time?  This week’s episode of Simple Tips is just for you!

You’ll learn the first step you need to take in order to do more with less time.

And there is an exercise that goes with it!!

Ok, confession time.  When I first did this exercise I totally resisted it.

But after much procrastination, I did it and boy was I glad.  The exercise was really powerful.

Because I didn’t know how much time I was wasting until I did this exercise.  So after you watch this week’s episode, download this worksheet to help you get present to how you’re really spending your time!

Trust me, you don’t want to skip out on this!

And to inspire you to take action, here’s a quote for you: Time = Life, Therefore, waste your time and waste your life, or master your time and master your life.” – Alan Lakein (you can tweet this!)

Also, have you overcome your time management issues?  If so, what have you done to overcome it?  If not, what challenges are your facing with getting a handle on your time management issues?

Everyone deals with situations differently and I’m really excited to hear your perspective!  So comment below and let me know!
