Cocoa Banana Hemp Yogurt Recipe

  • ¾ cup shelled hemp seeds (175 ml)
  • 3 bananas mashed
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (15-30 ml)
  • 2 tbsp pure cocoa powder or carob powder (15-30 ml)
  • ¾ cup coconut milk (175 ml)

Mix all ingredients in a food processor for a few minutes so to break up the hemp seeds. Dish small amounts into containers and place in the fridge.
